Article 1. Service

Kiokuma is an app for creating and studying flashcards. Users may use features including:

• Creating cards with text, images, and handwriting
• Managing decks and tags
• Recording study history
• Review suggestions based on forgetting-curve concepts

Article 2. Data Storage

1. Data such as card content, decks, tags, and study history is stored through Apple iCloud using CloudKit.
2. The developer does not collect or store your Apple ID information.
3. Data management and protection are subject to Apple's iCloud service policies.

Article 3. Purchases

1. Kiokuma can be used for free, but the free version has a study count limit.
2. Subscribing to or purchasing a paid plan removes the study count limit.
3. Paid plans include:
   • Monthly plan
   • Annual plan
   • Lifetime purchase
4. Purchases and payments are processed through Apple's App Store.
5. Subscriptions renew automatically according to Apple's terms.

Article 4. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in the following conduct:

• Acts that violate laws or regulations
• Acts that infringe the rights of others
• Unauthorized access or modification of the app

Article 5. Disclaimer

1. The developer is not responsible for damages arising from use of the app.
2. The developer is not responsible for data loss caused by iCloud outages or similar issues.

Article 6. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as needed.

Article 7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
